With over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, prosecution, and international training and operations, Kevin Metcalf brings a rare depth of insight to every case he takes. He spent more than 20 years as a law enforcement officer and more than 10 years as a prosecuting attorney, giving him a unique understanding of how cases are investigated, prosecuted, and challenged.
Recognized internationally for his expertise, Kevin has trained law enforcement and prosecutors around the world in advanced investigative techniques, human trafficking response, and digital evidence. He is also a regular contributing author for Homeland Security Today, writing on national security, human trafficking, and public safety issues.
